Responsibilities :
- serving as primary support liaison between company and user;
- keeping user informed of how and when problems are resolved;
- involved in any additional follow up, testing and trouble shooting;
- responsible for appropriate referral to other support & QA areas;
- promote/maintain a professional, service oriented company image among users;
Requirements :
- Microsfot Windows, Microsfot Office
- fresh grads may apply
- posseses diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent
- posseses own transport and willing to travel
